Berkley Homes was redeveloping 9 Millbank, Westminster into residential. We were asked to design a hoarding to cover the façade whilst they laboured behind. Rather than do the usual and show a depiction of the building, we saw this as an opportunity to advertise the apartments. We did this by showing prospective buyers they’d be joining a long list of great people who’ve resided in Westminster.
